To ensure a civil forum community, users are required to follow certain rules. In registering and participating in this website, you agree to be bound by the following rules and conditions. You further agree that all information you provide in your registration is accurate.
These are the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) governing your participation in Misk Art Institute (“MAI”) owned and operated the website, showcase, exhibitions forum or workshops (the “Event”). By registering for the website you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement between Misk Art Institute (“MAI” or “Owner” or “We”) and the registered participant (“you” or “Participant”). If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms
1.EVENT CONDUCT
You are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner at the platform. The Owner reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate your account if your behavior is deemed unacceptable.
2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
2.1 Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that MAI reserves the right to deny your participation if MAI, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the MAI programs or the enjoyment of the MAI programs by other attendees.
2.2 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions at Misk Art Week Virtual Event without written consent.
2.3 Unethical/Non-Compliant Business Practices. MAI reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices or to any relevant laws & regulations.
2.4 Data Privacy Policy ; the Platform may process your personal data that is provided by you for registrations and participation to our website, here you are allowing & legally consenting the processing of your data and you warrant that all data provided by you is truthful & valid information
2.5 In addition to the requirements and prohibitions set forth in this Section 2, MAI may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any MAI programs, in MAI’s sole discretion.
3. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
3.1 Once you have completed your registration, you will receive your registration confirmation by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Use of this service and its contents is at your own risk. The platform and all of its content are provided “as is”. You must not rely on any content published on or linked to this site without first making your own enquiries to verify it is accurate, current and complete. We do not make, and expressly disclaim, any representations, warranties, covenants and conditions, express or implied, arising out of operation of law, course of performance, course of dealing, usage of trade or otherwise, including any express or implied warranties and conditions of: merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose; non-infringement; safety; quality; freedom from defects or that defects will be corrected; uninterrupted, virus-free or error-free use of this site; or accuracy, currency, reliability, completeness or appropriateness relating to the content of this site.

The owner disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection and your use thereof. The owner make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness and assumes no liability or responsibility for any: (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content or the event software, (ii) property damage resulting from your access to and use of the MAI programs, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of the MAI programs, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission of the MAI programs, or (v) any bugs, viruses or the like which may be transmitted to or through the MAI programs by any third party. The owner does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered through the MAI programs or any hyperlinked website or featured in any banner, advertising or elsewhere.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Misk Art Institute, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from and one or more of the following: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or, (iv) any claim that one of your user submissions caused damage to a third-party
7. Photography
The ticket holder agrees to having their photo and video taken during MAI’s programs which may be used and distributed for publicity or on social media.
